We are launching a mentor / mentee program at this year’s Plaza Walls Mural Expo!
Whether you are an experienced artist looking to take your work to new heights or an emerging artist that is not sure where to start, all levels of experience are welcome to apply.
We believe in the power of public art to transform communities. However, that can't be sustained without helping the next generation find their path. What to ExpectSelected mentees will be paired with an experienced muralist who will serve as their mural mentor.
❋ Intentional StructureFrom design to finishing touches, you’ll have someone there to guide you.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the experience as from your mentor.
Earn while you learn
Mentees receive compensation for their attendance and participation. Must attend all sessions and meet all benchmarks.
